Shane Cooper
Shane Cooper spent the first 14 years of his career as a machinist. He now works as an aircraft mechanic and is currently employed at Preferred Airparts, LLC in Apple Creek, OH where he is involved in
rebuilding and converting DC-3 airplanes into modern turbine aircraft. He is also a private pilot and enjoys flying and visiting different airports. Shane studied missions at Penn View Bible Institute and is a
graduate of the School of Missionary Aviation Technology. In 2010, Shane felt the call into missionary aviation and with the Lord’s leading, started MissionWings to serve distressed and underprivileged
people and to work with missionaries and churches. Shane and his wife, Ana were married in 2009. They regularly travel to Honduras were Ana grew up as an MK to do short term mission work. They hold
membership at Beavertown God’s Missionary Church in Beavertown, PA where they were actively involved in outreach and bus ministry for over 8 years. Currently, they attend the Beach City Bible Methodist Church in Beach City, Ohio.

William Reese
William L. Reese has been a licensed minister for nearly 50 years. He and his wife, Hannah, began their mission work at the Main Street Mission in inner-city Cincinnati, OH, while attending God’s Bible School and College. They have served in ministry to Native American Indians on reservations, primarily in South Dakota, as they worked in various capacities with The Society of Indian Missions for 23 years, including community pastorates, regional supervising, executive committee work, and educational leadership. He also served for two years as President of the Northwest Indian Bible School, in Alberton, Montana. During eight years of service with the Penn View Bible Institute (PVBI), William built a new dormitory, directed the maintenance program, and taught classes for the Bible and Missions Departments. William and Hannah have also served together in pastorates with the Heartland Conference of Bible Methodists under whom he has held his ministerial credentials. His current ministry activities include serving as pastor of the York Bible Methodist Church and as the Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness at PVBI.

Gerald Miller
Gerald Miller is a successful real estate investor in Northeast Ohio. He owns and manages many multiunit
properties and single-family homes as well as rehabbing and selling turnkey properties. Gerald also
works with multiple government agencies to provide housing to the rehabilitated and underprivileged of
Stark County. Being involved in mission work is familiar to Gerald. His earliest childhood memories lie in
the mountains of Papua New Guinea where his family served for more than 7 years as missionaries.
Gerald and his wife, Missy, were married in 1998. They have 3 children: Braxton (2003), Caden (2006)
and Jazmine (2009). They are members of Beach City Bible Methodist Church where Gerald also serves
on the church board.

Anthony Webb
Anthony Webb is the owner of a design-build construction company in Bedford, IN. In business since
1994, Webb Construction specializes in residential, church, and light commercial construction. Aviation
has always been an interest of Anthonys. He has flying experience and owns a small plane. Anthony is
excited to have the opportunity to blend his love for aviation with ministry through involvement with
MissionWings. Anthony attended God’s Bible School & College from 1991 – 1994. In 1995, Anthony
married the love of his life, Marci Miller. They have 3 children: Lane, Ryland, and Shelby. They are
members of Faith Mission Church in Bedford, Indiana.

All donations are used to carry out the purpose and mission of the organization. Donations given to a fund are only used for that fund unless permission is granted to be used elsewhere by the donor. Donations made to our General Fund are primarily used for the general operations of the organization but may be used for any purpose needed by the organization.
