Back in the Air!

We are thrilled to announce that the Mission Wings airplane has successfully completed its return-to-service flight and is now back in the air!

After being purchased in unairworthy condition and undergoing years of careful restoration, the plane has passed its required inspections and test flights. This is a major milestone and a powerful answer to prayer.

The aircraft is currently based in the United States, where we are conducting final preparations, pilot currency flights, and operational testing. We are now focused on the next critical phase: launching the aircraft into active ministry service in Honduras.

This is not the finish line — it is the starting line for ministry impact.

Ready to Fly. Ready to Serve.

Help us raise $120,000 to launch and sustain Mission Wings’ flight program. These funds will help cover aircraft operations, insurance, program leadership, and the practical support needed to move the aircraft from flight-ready to active ministry service.

From Wreckage to Readiness

Mission Wings purchased this aircraft after being damaged in Haiti during an accident. Over the past several years, with God’s help and the support of faithful donors, the airplane has been carefully rebuilt and restored.

The restoration included major airframe repairs, upgraded and modernized avionics, a new engine, and other important improvements needed to return the aircraft to safe flying condition.

Today, the Mission Wings aircraft is complete, airworthy, and flying again. What began as a damaged airplane has now become a tool ready for ministry, prepared for the next phase of service in Honduras.
